Liverpool Metropolitan Cathdral Ice Cream Bike

Today we were at a Vintage Craft Fair in the beautiful Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral or "Paddy's WigWam" as it is affectionately known as, by most scousers.  As our Tilleymints Ice Cream Bike is based on a 1920's Pashley bike, it fits in very well with all things vintage. The fair was well attended organised by Stuart at Memorylane Fairs

Quite a few people commented on how they remembered the Ice Cream man peddling around the streets when they were a child. We barely had time to set up when a lovely couple from Singapore, over to watch the Liverpool match, bought an ice cream. They said that Singaporians loved their ice cream, but as it is so hot, they always have to rush to eat it before it melts. They came back later saying they really enjoyed our ice cream, espcially as they didnt have to rush it!

As you can see, we had a Mothers Day Special which went down a treat with a few Mums.

As it was such a lovely day, we couldn't miss a photo opportunity outside such an iconic building.
